I attended Cheryl’s Flower Essence Online Workshop in November 2022. I felt so exhilarated throughout the course, it was full of vibrancy and the energy was through the roof. Cheryl made it such a joyful and fascinating learning experience. I absolutely loved it and cannot wait to do more. I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in expanding their knowledge about our incredible flower family. I felt so excited learning about the millions of variations from around the world and how they can interact with our healing systems. Cheryl is so knowledgeable about the history of plants, trees and flowers and their healing properties. I was impressed with her visionary skills and was gifted with colourful inner vision in her meditations that I could feel were instantly healing. I so look forward to the next level of Flower Essence training with Cheryl. It took me a while to get there but I am so glad I waited for the right teacher.

I absolutely loved my afternoon flower essence course this afternoon with Cheryl. Resonated with Cheryl and know I was 'at home at peace and with a lovely caring spirit'. I met Cheryl a few days ago and went along to her stall at the Psychic Fayre in Hastings Saturday where she intuitively selected some Flower Essence and the essence selected were completely relevant for my situation. I had a vision of me reaching out to the moon for empowerment and I came across Moon Circles led by Cheryl. The first Wolf Moon was 6th January just before my birthday and my spirit animal is the wolf which motivated me to go. The moon and my hormones really affect my mood and the first moon circle helped me to forgive and let go of the past. I cried and was even sick when I got home but I am now rid of negative energy healed during this meditation. Since then, I have been up and down , lost things but then found them again. I attended the New Moon circle to set my intentions and Cheryl led the most amazing meditation where I believe my heart chakra was unlocked as I visualised a golden heart and key. I was surrounded by rainbow colours and golden light where I visualised an angel patting me with her golden wings. Now I am feeling more focused , calmer and blessed by this angelic healing. I entered into a work I am doing with my shadow.. and I feel the light of truth as my shadow became me as a child. Cheryl's connection to spirit is sincere and I feel in a safe space when going into higher planes with her. She saw the break with my true higher self that happened and is helping every day bc I have the work we did - what it revealed - how to move forward and embrace that damaged child. When my journey with shadow was retracing my steps back to awareness (where you open your eyes and come back down to Earth) the self was grown yet shrouded it was a reference to Mary Magdalene - I was cuddling a white rabbit. ❤
